Josh Vargas is a horror/exploitation filmmaker from Baytown, TX, and co-founder of C.O.E/REJECTED FILMS. Vargas has just completed his already controversial horror/exploitation feature film, Sway, which he co-produced with, Horrorphile Entertainment, and is currently writing his next feature film. Sway, marks Vargas's feature film directorial debut, in which he presents a film that, in his words, "has the lowest morals possible without being illegal."
