Leo brings over 27 years of finance, construction, entertainment business and technical experience to the DBW team. Mr. Wheeler is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, located in Houston, Texas, with a B.A. in Communications specializing in television. He has vast experience in construction, project management, budget management and acting and has been in over 47 film and theatre productions. Along with his acting experience, Leo has a strong working knowledge of sets, lighting, editing, and directing. He has worked at various Television stations in the Houston area including HSE, 20 Vision, and Fox. Prior to founding DBW Entertainment, Leo starred in the 1960's Playhouse rendition of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest”, Casablanca Productions, “The Brandonson Fire Department”, Edom Productions "Legion", and many more projects too numerous to mention. Leo has strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with a solid understanding and vision for how Texas Filmmakers will impact the entertainment world.
